Frequently Asked Questions

Your questions, answered

Harmony includes a 24-month back-to-base warranty on all hardware and pre-installed software, covering defects under normal use. This includes free collection, repair, and redelivery for faulty hardware or software.

Warranty exclusions include: unauthorised modifications, accidents and extreme environmental conditions, non-approved components, normal wear and tear, unauthorised software changes, improper installation, use on non-approved hardware, and failure to follow product documentation.

This statement does not preclude any rights or remedies available to consumers under the Australian Consumer Law.

Our assistive technology platform comes with specially adapted and configured hardware and software to cater for those with neurodivergent needs. This includes a specifically customised software and hardware solution with reduced sources of distraction and stimulation.

Unlike retail computers which offer many configurations, Harmony provides one specific, thoroughly tested configuration designed entirely for neurodivergent users.

The licensing and support fee covers:

  • · Ongoing security licensing for all security software
  • · Remote support and system updates
  • · Upgraded phone support beyond standard hardware/software support
  • · Remote management software that keeps your system up to date

Most assistive applications on the Harmony platform meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG), Accessible Rich Internet Application (ARIA), or User Agent Accessibility Guidelines (UAAG).

No. The hardware and software work together specifically for assistive purposes. The monitor meets TÜV Rheinland eye protection specifications with flicker-free technology. The keyboard and mouse are modified specifically for neurodivergent users – these are purpose-built, not general-purpose peripherals.

The technology reduces scam risk by blocking common scammer software, while creating a safe social interaction environment. The managed security approach is specifically designed for the vulnerability profiles of neurodivergent users.

No. Participants must source their own internet service provider (ISP). The Harmony computer supports connections via both wireless (Wi-Fi) and ethernet.

No Microsoft Office license is included. However, if you purchase Office separately, the assistive settings for Microsoft Office are pre-configured automatically on the Harmony system at no additional cost.

Orders ship between 3–4 weeks from when payment is received, via Australia Post, Hunter Express, or Startrack. Tracking numbers are provided once your order has been dispatched.

We have spent considerable research and development into building a platform which is specialised to the needs of our users. We are working on a laptop solution but ensuring it meets the wide needs of our users takes time. It is our hope we can offer something in this space in mid-late 2025.

We do not allow any customisation of the system as the hardware and software has only been tested in this specific setup. This ensures the assistive experience remains consistent and reliable for all users.

No, we only ship to Australia.
