Terms & Conditions
1. Service Delivery. Customer Experience Direct Pty Ltd (trading as InteractABILITY) agrees to supply the Harmony Assistive Technology Platform as specified above. The system is supplied as a complete, pre-configured unit and is not available in alternative configurations.
2. Payment. An invoice will be issued to the nominated email address within 24 hours of this order. Payment is due within 15 days of the invoice date. Shipment will occur 3–4 weeks from receipt of payment. All pricing is GST-free for NDIS participants.
3. NDIS Funding. This agreement aligns with the NDIS Supports Legislation and NDIA Pricing Guidelines. Applicable line items are: 03_222100911_0124_1_1 (hardware), 05_711000080_0124_1_2 (delivery), and 05_500000303_0103_1_2 (licensing & support, where included).
4. Cancellation. Orders may be cancelled prior to shipment. Once a system has been dispatched, cancellation is not available. To cancel, contact us at support@interactability.com.au before the system is shipped.
5. Warranty. A 24-month back-to-base warranty is provided on all hardware and pre-installed software, covering defects under normal use. Free collection, repair, and redelivery is included for warranty claims. Exclusions apply per the product warranty terms.
6. Feedback & Complaints. Complaints may be lodged verbally, in writing, or electronically. Receipt is acknowledged within 2 business days and investigation commences within 5 business days. All complaints are handled confidentially and fairly.
7. Incident Reporting. InteractABILITY will report and manage any incidents in accordance with NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission requirements.
8. Confidentiality. All participant information is handled in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 and the NDIS Privacy Safeguard. Personal information is used solely for service delivery purposes.
9. Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in this agreement limits any rights or remedies available to participants under the Australian Consumer Law.
Participant Declarations
☑ I acknowledge that I will receive an invoice for the purchase of a Harmony AT platform and have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms, conditions and privacy policy of InteractABILITY.
☑ I additionally acknowledge and accept the ASSISTIVE TECHNOLOGY SUPPORT AGREEMENT and that the associated services requested are for the supply of reasonable and necessary supports and in accordance with subsection 33(2) of the NDIS Act and the participant's NDIS plan.
